Question about 2002 Buick Rendezvous
This is a long shot but try unplugging the MAF (mass air flow) sensor. It is located in between the air filter housing and the throttle body. It may or may not idle but if it does take it for a test drive and see if it gets better. Preferable somewhere that doesn't have a lot of traffic.
