Vibration problem on driving

After 30,000 km service my car (Azera) periodically has some vibration between 60-90 km/h speed which become gradually more and more that you feel your front tires are not balance and there may be some problem in your front wheel system. This event occurs one or tow times per week and I could not find a specific technical status for that.

At speed 100 km wheel steering start vibration

There are several reasons for this kind of vibration and it can be a combination of both.

First; Tires out of balance.

Second; Slipped belts in the tire itself causing it to become out of round.

Third; Struts or shocks leaking oil and a harmonic vibration starts at speed.

In every case above it is time to get the vehicle checked by knowledgeable techs asap as this will lead to more costly repairs and possible loss of control of the vehicle.

700r4 transmisson vibration in 1st and 2nd gears

this is probably a bad u-joint(s) crawl under the truck engine off and in park and on a flat spot, twist the drive shaft if it clunks at all or has some up down or left right slop the joints are shot and will need replacing. And yes the u-joints will cause a drive line vibration that seems like a transmission issue it goes away with speed as the shaft will spin fast enough the vibration will become only a hum.

Please give more details. From were is vibration coming from front or rear, left or right side under car or inside. You said that it happens at 15 mph when u let off gas? Is there a clunk or noise before vibration starts? Many things could do this i need more details please. As it is it could be a drive train issue or as simple as a worn or out of balance tire.

My car vibrates on first 5 minutes

Sounds like an engine misfire. Potentially just a vacuum leak. I have an S10 that was acting the same way. Check your rubber hoses leading to the throttle body of the vehicle. More than likely one is lose or cracked

Honda civic 1.6A vibrating problem. Manufacture year 2008. Have driven for just 2 years & 1 mth, clocked only 27,300 km to-date

does it vibrate at highway speeds or sitting still at idle? the highway speed vibration could be tires out of balance. the idle speed vibration could be weak engine mount or idle speed too low.

Above speed of 80 km/h slight vibration can be felt and continues

if you google "grand vitara vibration" you will find a discussion board about the many many grand vitaras getting around with a vibration problem. I happen to be one of these people and am seriously thinking of selling the car after all the problems I have. It appears to be a drive train design fault which will cost a fortune to fix, believe me its not a tyre problem, ive had 4 wheel alignlents and balances and it never seems to fix the problem.Take it to a mechanic and let them have a good look at it.

Gear change vibration

These cars usually have a two piece drive shaft. There is a center bearing in the middle of the driveshaft for support and dampen vibration. It could also be the front rubber coupling where the transmission tailshaft and driveshaft meet. If both are fine try loosening the bolts on the rear transmission mount. Your mounts may be out of alignment allowing for unusual angles between the transmission and driveshaft. Good luck.
