After shutting off warmed up engine and sitting for ten mins. or so, upon restart engine runs rough and seems flooded and revving engine several times will clear problem, I know there is a cols start injector, but if car sits for only 2 or 3 mins. problem does not happen. Is it more likely that temp sensor is sending wrong temp, or that injector is slowly leaking down? How hard is it to change this injector?

You might want to try replacing your throttle return spring, or at least lift the hood and see if here is a change while it smooths out..

Look for visible signs of leaking around the cold start injector.
When foreign material gets into a cold start injector, it can leak. This will result in rough idle and backfire.
Residual fuel pressure (pressure remaining in the line after the pump is off) can cause the injector to leak. This can cause hard starting and an overly rich mixture during starting.
