I replaced my radio with one from another Accord and the dealer in my town was able to provide the code. Did you do it over the phone or go into the dealership? They may be reluctant to provide that information over the phone.

This is honda's website for people who need their radio code. The serial number is retrievable from the stereo, and this site tells you how to do just that, and get your radio activation code.
Follow the instructions on this site, and fill in the required information in order to receive your activation code.
