My 1996 Jeep Grand Cherokee will not start this AM ran fine last night when I put fuel in it. This AM the engine turns over just fine but will not start. I fuel gauge is not working, the fuse is fine and the fuel pump breaker is also good. Do these two problems have anything in common?

Only on the first 5 secs you have power on this line. Disconnect the fuel pump close to the gas tank, get a power meter. the 2 connectors are diagonally in the connector, I rmember black and red/something. Attention, the pump contains also a fuel pressure regulator and fine filter on the betal box on the top. This you have to replace from time to time!

96 grand power to anything.

Look for a power relay in the fuse box under the hood. When you find it change it with another one in the fuse box that has the same part number on it.Make sure not to use the fuel pump relay.

00 jeep grand cherokee fuel pump is not getting no fire. checked the fuse breakers even changed the computer. still no fire to the pump

When you state "checked the fuse breakers" did you check for power at the fuse block. Start checking power from the fuse box, then check for power at the end that plugs into your fuel pump. The switch will have to be on for the power to be present. My main concern is, if the fuel pump went out. But it's easier to check for the power first. If you're getting power from all sources, then the fuel pump has went out most likely.

Heated seat 1996 jeep grand cherokee

C1 & C2 in your panel are most likely one of the culprits, if no power at heater at seat. Sounds like testing for power at seat switch is easier to do than get at these circuit breakers in the panel. If you have power at switch at seat, then it's not the fuse/circuit breaker. Good reading at this link for you.
