Remove the screws which are usually located in the arm rest.door handle and then with a flat tip go around the outside of the panel gently prying it will pop off. Hope this helped tim

Remove the door panel. Look for screws around the edge and at the arm rest and handle. After there out pop the panel off, pry at the bottom first and work your way around. Then you'll have access to the window regulator and glass. remove the trim at the bottom of the window opening to remove or install the glass.
remove interior door panel(need special tool to pop plastic clips holding panel to door)with panel off remove plastic film,with window up you should be able to see two 10m nuts-bolts to remove-also have to pop lever off that goes down to door latch
you need to take the door apart.maybe something jamming it.
if not it is a new regulator is why they said call the junkyard because they are very expensive
Remove the sail panel,the little panel on inside of door at the mirror.
Remove the window regulator switch plate, pry up on the front of it with a small pick or screw driver. Disconnect the electrical connectors.
Remove the top door trim panel screw that is behind the sail panel you removed.
Remove door trim panel screw at window regulator switch plate opening.
Remove door trim panel screw in the courtesy lamp housing. Remove the courtesy lamp lens.Remove the screw.
Remove the inside door handle trim cover.
Remove the bolt.
Remove the inside door handle.
Lift upward to remove the front door trim panel.
Remove the courtesy lamp.
Turn the courtesy lamp bulb socket one quarter turn and remove.
Disconnect the power mirror electrical connector.
Remove the three outside rear view mirror nuts.
Remove the mirror.
