Change your waterpump. i had the same exact problem. u have a leak, trust me.

That last time I saw a heating problem with it getting hot very quickly and then leveling off it was a bad thermostat. Also, if you have to add coolant every week, there is obviously a leak somewhere. Have you checked that car after a run to see if there are any drips anywhere?
