Question about 1990 Ford F150
I have a few rust pin holes on the bottom of my motorcycle gas tank(steel) can I use a fibreglass resin without the cloth to repair it?? regards Darryn
Fibreglass would do it considering it bonds to almost anything and is just as strong as steel (strength to weight ratio). Otherwise a sealant would do it. Or if you can find someone with a welder then they can quickly weld a plate onto the bottom covering the holes.

Talk to your local parts store. I can't remember the name of the stuff, but there is a product specifically for this problem. You slosh it around the inside of the tank to seal leaks.
