Question about 2001 Volkswagen Cabrio
My radio in my car somehow sat itself into safemode. i called deelership and i have the code, but there is another button i have to mash while pressing in the code and the deelership didnt know what button that would be. could you help me out? i dont know where else to look for the rest of this information. thanks
Do you mean after you have typed in the code, you don't know what other button to press? According to the manual, that is the right side (arrow) of the seek/track button located on the left side of the radio. Did you need the number from the side of the radio in order to get the code? Mine is stuck in safe mode as well, and they said I needed to havfe the radio removed to find the number on the side of the radio, along with the vin number. Does that sound right?
