You most likly have still got a pocket of air somewhere in your line that is moving back and forth in your lines . If after changeing your fuel pump, did you bleed your system? if not you will need to do that . if you did , you may need to repeat that process again in order to get all the air out of your lines . hope this is a help, and good luck. signed Redneck car daddy

Did you check the fuel pump relay ? The relay gets power from a fuse and also from the PCM relay. The computer grounds the relay to turn it on for 3 seconds when you turn the key on, then only after the computer "sees" RPM or oil pressure.

Car cuts off and gets harder to crank

A bad O2 sensor would not prevent it from starting. The computer ignores the O2 sensor until the engine warms up. If the fuel pressure is good, check the engine coolant temp sensor. If that's bad, the computer may think the engine is warmer/colder than it really is and will give the wrong air/fuel mixture.
