Nissan Almera Tino Right hand side

I have a 2005 Nissan Almera tino. it needs a new front wing Right Hand Drivers side.
Will the wing from an older model V10 fit on my car.

Please Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
