The door sensors are "crush" style, and over time the switch compresses too far, Buy new switch(es) and replace, Pulling old one will be extreme short term repair.

5 chirps while driving

Usually the beeps are for a gauge warning or seat belt, etc. If its not a warning for one of the gauges, it could be something like a door open warning for a faulty door switch.

The switch will be in the door jam on the body and probably has a black rubber boot covering it. The switch may just need replacing. Once removed you will see the two wires attached to it.

My 2006 ford escapeused to have an alarm that beeped when I left the key in now it goes of as long as door is open even without the key in it why?

If it's just beeping type of alarm it's a warning bell to tell you you left your key in the ignition, your headlights are on, or a door is open. As for your Nissa question check your Power steering fluid. and if it's not that it could very well be the pump is bad.

Beeping sound

You need to quick test the GEM module, you may have a door latch mounted door ajar switch sticking, very common problem on explorers.
