Question about 1996 Chevrolet K1500
1996 Chev. 1500 pickup truck, 305 C.I. PO300 code, repaired the leak at the intake manifold, did a valve job, reground the valves and seats. New plugs, wires, disturber cap, rotor cap. Still have rough idle, but runs strong. Have NO idea what to do next.
What I have found is 9 out of 10 times it's a worn distributer gear.
Many try to say it's the fuel injection , but I have found it to be the distributer gear has worn out.
replace your distributer
