If it doesnt work on any speed , try tapping on the motor
base , above the passengers feet , if it starts up , its
the motor.

2003 dodge durango started overheating and now wont start. changed the water pump and put new battery and still wont start. What could it be?

ECT wont kill the engine. If it over heated and you kept driving it. You just might have blown the engine. Put a socket on the balancer bolt and see if you can turn the engine by hand. Clock wise.

Air conditioner stop blowing in 2002 Dodge Caravan can feel cool air and vents when traveling down highway with ac power on. Just won't blow out

There is as blower motor resistor which is part of what makes your fan blow. So your fan isnt blowing but everything else works right? Thats what I would look @ first.
