Battery died then wont start after charging

hi its a 2004 se r spec v
once the battery was fully charged the car will turn over but wont start
the lights on dash dont work the power locks dont work
the power lock buttons on my remote dont work
no lights work please help

also a fusible links diagram for my car would be great help as im hoping there is just a blown fuse!!
