JERKING AT FREEWAY SPEEDS

I DRIVE ON FREEWAY ABOUT 60MPH(TRYING TO SAVE GAS)
EVERY ONCE AND AWHILE, THE TRUCK JOLTS, ACTING LIKE SPARK CUT OUT FOR 1 SECOND, FUEL PUMP HAS BEEN REPLACED ALONG WITH FILTER, A SHORT TIME AGO, THAT IS WHY I THINK IT IS A SPARK PROBLEM, NO CODES IN SYSTEM, AND IT DOESNT MATTER WHERE THROTTLE IS AT FREEWAY SPEEDS, IT ACTS LIKE A HICK-UP BUT NO LOSS OF POWER

You can also have problems with a misfire caused by old spark plug wires. Easy enough to check for. Look under the hood with the vehicle running in the dark. If you see flashes of electricity around the wires or even just one of them you need a new wire set. It may not be happening very often though, just at the same frequency of the miss.

The spark unit is shorting out to system ground. remove the spark unit and look carefully at where it is mounted and look for small cracks in the electrical insulation material that was poured into it at the spark unit factory. if water gets into this area, havoc occurs.

My mazda jerks and vibrates around 60mph then around 80 it takes a few seconds to pick when i kick down. ive changed all spark plugs injector nuzzels could u help me please

The ignition coils have always been a problem with jerking feel at freeway speeds. With no check engine light on to pinpoint which cylinder is causing the problem you may need to replace all 6. If you have a scan tool capable of accessing Mode 6 system tests then the missfire information is stored there.

2000 mercury cougar hesitating/jerking

First, disconnect neg battery cable 10 minutes and reattach to clear codes.
Lean condition means it is not getting same fuel as other side of engine.
Since you had it scanned before, try Autozone to see if new results.
You might try a TPS switch which regulates spark and fuel feed. At lower speeds EGR starts to open-you should have code for a problem there.

Grand cherokee jerking movement

I have a 2000 Grand Jeep Cherokee, I was driving along the freeway maybe doing about 60mph when my jeep suddenly jerked, when it did this my emissions light came on. I pulled over in a parking lot checked all my fluids oil, transmission fluid, everything seemed okay, as I was getting back on the freeway I watched the R PMs that was fine and my emission light went off. After driving for about 5 minutes it did it again and my emissions light came back on, I did notice this time it seemed to be in the rear where this Jerking/ Bucking came from can anyone help??? PLEASE
