First remove batteries from phone for a minute, so to reset.
Then rmove all pairing from phone and pair it back with car bluetooth, it should work until you reset car stereo or phone.

I think better refer to a nearby toyota service station to replace it.

The advice I received did not work!
SBT-130, pairs but doesn't connect to my phone, I've forgotten how to do it as I rarely use it.
