Question about 1995 Ford Contour
Hi, I Have A 1995 Ford Contour That I Just Bought For My Boy. I Bought It With A Noise Coming From The Back Cam Area. It Has The 2.0 Overhead Cam Engine With 2 Cams. The Noise Seemd To Be Coming From The Cam Closest To The Fire Wall Of Car Around The #2 Cylinder Valve Cover. It Is A Loader Ticking Noise But If You Run Can For A Little Bit Noise Seems For Lighten A Little But Don't Hurt Performance. Can You Help. Thanks Gary
If it had any head work done such as valve grinding. there could be a valve a tad shorter and may
result in a noise until the engine warms up. That is what i hear the problem is with mine. There
was no noise before i had the head work done.
