My 1993 lexus ls400 makes a clicking sound under the bottom front of the concole i think its the ac/heater control relay because when you turn the ac on the right side of car blows cold left side blows hot. also in order to make the clicking sound stop i have to turn the heater temp all the way up to max setting

I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM WITH MY CAR. 93 LS 400. THAT WOULD BE YOUR FUEL FILTER OR THE FUEL PUMP GOING BAD. TRY CHANGING THE FILTER FIRST. THE DEALER TRIED TO CHARGE ME $980 TO CHANGE FUEL PUMP.
