Possible that the fuel feed is insufficient so as to energise the engine. If will be good to take a timing /tuning of the engine so as to set it in default condition.
Check on the quality of the fuel., the fuel pressure , the spark intensity and the injectors.

My 03 malibu 3.1 when it's in park I reb the gas down halfway It bogged down looses pressure and if I push the gas down harder it pops and when I drive It takes off slow then picks up

The popping and slow to pick up speed is caused by a vacuum leak. Check all the vacuum lines are connected and not broken anywhere.

Joe here about the Volvo s70 it doesn't pick up speed from take off picks up real slow even n park it Rev's up slow wen u press the gas still n rpms only go's to 3000

You need to have the car tested for a fault code that might explain this. Other issues that cause this are low fuel pressure, defective Mass Airflow sensor and lastly a plugged exhaust system causing excessive back pressure, the cause of that is a defective catalytic converter.

Why wont my car pick up speed and slow down going up hill.

More than likely it is caused from not getting enough of fuel, Check fuel filter to see if its ok. God-Bless!

When we turn our 2001 jeep grand cherokee, there is this low, almost grinding sound that appears. This is only when we are traveling at low speeds (below 10 mph). No one seems to know what is causing it....

Your Jeep has limited slip diffs. The last time you had it serviced,is probably when the problem started.Think.Was it?What the problem is,,the wrong diff oil was put in.At slow speeds, the plates in the diffs are shuddering. You can get some additive called friction modifier additive and in each diff you need 2 fluid ounces of the stuff.Or change all the diff oils..
Once the additive or new oil is in,,drive the vehicle in very tight slow turns for about 5 mins.A shopping centre carpark is good. This helps spread the oil throughout the diffs and should very well fix the problem.the additive is the cheaper way to go and does work.Hope this helps you

Not picking up gas when engine is cold, sputtering, bogging out especially when travelling uphill, Is this some sort of a sensor maybe??,the spark plugs are new. thanks

check fuel filter. it is starving for fuel. unless the fuel pump is bad. check filter first, then go from there. symtoms of a bad coolant sensor--poor cold idle, stalling, rich mixture retarded timing, slow idle speed, cold hesitation or stumble, poor fuel milage.

Car takes off slow

might be clogged catalytic converter it can cause loss of power due to carbon built up that's why it seems like it takes a bit to pick up speed

Pulsing sound and feel from wheels

Ok, if the wheel bearing assembly was installed incorrectly the wheel would wobble and you would have a disconcerting feeling in the steering wheel. The rotors have to be within factory specs to be turned safely. What I would do is have the rotors checked with a micrometer and replaced.
