ON THE REAR TOP PART OF THE MOTOR YOU HAVE TO CRAWL ON TOP OF THE ENGINE, HOPE THIS HELPS YOU. THE ARROW POINTS TOWARD THE FRONT OF THE ENGINE SO CAN HAVE AN IDEA OF THE LOCATION=.........I UPLOADED THIS PICTURE TO HELP YOU OUT....

SOURCE: where is the oil sending
It s atthe rear of the engine near the fire wall on the left side at about 10 o clock. You will need a spacial deep scoket to remove and install it is pipe thread and threads in to the block put some teflon tape on it the socket is 1 1/16 inch but vary deep and costs about 20 to 25 dollars at and parts store

the oil sending unit is located at the back of the motor right below the rotor cap it is about 3 inches long and has a 3 wire plug hooked t it
