New cd player will not go off in my 05 dodge magmun

Hi Steve, I'm glad to help!

All CD Players have 2 power wires, one stays hot all the time and the other is only powered when you turn the key on. Check the power wires, if both of them are hot with the key in the off position then it is wired incorrectly. Look at the instruction and find the wire that stays hot all the time, now find the wire that only powers up when you turn the key on. TAKE THAT WIRE, and find a place to connect it that IS NOT HOT when you turn the key off and this will fix your issue. Hope this helps and have an awesome day Steve.

The distributor has what is called a pick up coil which maybe unserviceable or the roter or roter cap may be fouled up or damaged...Hope this helps you out.

Im getting no power to my egr vavle i think the hot wire is broke how far does that wire harnest go and what does it connect to.

Car runs fine without egr valve. Many people find better gas mileage without it by installing a plate below it to seal it off

I have no power runnin throw my car how do i fix it is it my fuse, main rely or my wire harnest

Check the battery first, then there are fusible links which are located in the wiring harness and there are the fuses. You are going to have to work forward from the battery as that is the source of the power.
