No way to tell without looking at it and taking measurements.
It may be cheaper to replace the doors than to spend the time on repairs.

Can a minor accident cause damage to the bank 2 intake and damage the control unit on a xenon headlight ?

No, they are just being dealerish. I could believe what they say needs replacing probably does, but why make you return again and again? Rather than fix it right the first time, with proper testing to assure it is right, they would rather have you come back, and start charging you all over again. That sure helps their bottom line. Dealerships are getting a notorious reputation for poor customer service, and desevedly so. Most of them only care about selling new cars, not helping customers with old cars. Go somewhere else, like an independent shop , to get the headlights aimed properly. Probably much cheaper than dealer prices.

We had a run in with a pole, on the rear drivers side quarter panel and I was thinking its probably safer to replace the panel then to repair it, though theres only a few tiny dents, rust has set in. Any...

If it only has slight dents and a little rust you'd be better off having those repaired, with the products used today for rust and bodywork, the cost would be a little less in overall costs,, your going to have to have the replacement body part painted to match the rest of the car anyway , and replacing any quarter panel in a car is one of the hardest fixes on a body , getting alignment correct , If nothing else I would take it in for some estimates on total cost. If you still would rather do the replacement, I'll hunt down that info for you

I hit a red pole that put a dent and scratched my car. How much would it cost to fix.

Depends on how big the dent is. Can you get a dent puller and pull it out and then just have aplace touch up the scratch. Most auto body shops give free estimates. I would look up three places and get the estimates and choose the one that suits you best. Good Luck.

The left front low beam headlight does not come on. have replaced the bulb, but only hi beam works.

Since you've eliminated the headlight itself as the source of the malfunction, the problem is most likely the headlight bulb connector - the female connection inside the connector to the hi beam is good, but the connector supplying power to the low beam is bad. Your fix is to replace the headlight connector.
How: buy a replacement headlight connector at your favorite auto parts store, cut off the old connector, then (a) solder and heat-shrink or (b) wire nut and E-tape, or (c) crimp connector the new headlight connector onto the existing wiring (being careful to route the conductors to the correct wires on the connector).
Your cost: about $3 for a new connector

First off, find another mechanic. An O2 sensor costs about 20 bucks, and it only takes a few minutes to change it. Even if the sensor is more expensive, $75for parts and labor is plenty for that little job. Tie rod ends should not cost more than $50 each, and changing them is quite simple, $100 labor, tops. Of course you would have to have the front end aligned, which should be around $60. Buy your gas someplace else. Unless your gas tank is full of rust, you shouldn't have to keep replacing fuel filters. If you are happy with the car, by all means keep it. Don't let somebody tell you it costs more to work on a Mercedes. The parts may be higher, but the repair procedure is the same as any domestic car.

I have two dented doors how would it cost to replace them with two used doors?

If doors are repairable, its best and less expensive to repair the dents, and have them repainted. Used doors usually come without the internal components, such as power window motors, switches, power door lock modules, etc. You would have to transfer all those from the old door to the replacement one. Additionally, even if you are lucky enough to have replacement doors of the same color, the wear pattern (sun discoloration) will be different than yours, and you will probably have to repaint them anyway. basically, it comes down to comparing the cost of the used door, and taking the dent out, assuming that you will have to paint both.

You can put a chain around a tree and attach a large turnbuckle to the part you need to move. A strap comealong will work but I try not to use them...straps & rope when snapped can come back at you and do some real damage... a chain will just pretty much drop.
