Follow the line from the clutch master cylinder to the transmission and look at the slave cylinder. Do you see a leak anywhere? Pull back the boot on the slave if you have to. If there is a leak (and there should be because you do not just lose fluid from the clutch hydraulics) you will need to replace the faulty component and bleed the system. To bleed the system, get a glass jar, tubing that fits securely on the bleeder valve and the appropriately-sized wrench. After you replace the leaking part, open the clutch master cylinder's reservoir and fill it with brake fluid. Put the box (closed) end of the wrench on the bleeder valve and then put the tubing on and run it into the jar. The shorter the length of this line, the better. Pour enough brake fluid into the jar to submerge the end of the line. Now have someone help you in the car by pumping the clutch pedal. Open the bleeder valve and watch for the brake fluid to start coming out. When it does, close the valve. Have the person operating the clutch pump the pedal a few times and then hold it down. Open the valve and let the fluid run out, then close the valve. Repeat this procedure until no air comes out anymore.

You have to the EGR valve (sometimes the Intake manifold to EGR Vlalve line also). After you remove it take a drill bit the about 20 % smaller than the actual hole of the outlet side and rotate the drill bit with your hand to dig out the carbon. Aditionally the line coming from the intake manifold to the EGR valve will clog near the connection to the EGR valve. I use either a single piece of copper wire or the wire that you would use to tie ribar together to clean the line. When your done cleaning take a piece of vacuum line and connect it to the diaphram side and **** on it... then plug the line well with your thumb. Grasp the valve and blow thru it... Air should blow thru it freely. Remove your thumb from the vacuum line and try blowing again.. No air should pass thru the valve.
Then reinstall the valve and start the vehicle with the vacuum line disconnected (but blocked off) Use another piece of vacuum line connected to the diaphram again and **** on the line.. The vehicle should die or run really bad. If it does this then you cleaned it correctly.
