Go to the nkard and pick up a used one for a couple of bucks. Anew one from the dealer is only 20. but they may have to order it. Just but one transmission shops and rebuilders are going to have them too. Don't fix one replace it.

Where is the tranmission dran plug located on 2000 ford contur

It probably does not have one. You have to drop the transmission pan with gasket. About 5 quarts of fluid or so will come out. You have to buy a new pan gasket. Do not reuse the old pan gasket.

How to replace tranmission pan gasket in 1999 chrysler LHS

you should be able to see the pan from under the vehicle. it will be the pan closest to the rear, then you need to drain the transmission, unscrew the retaining bolts for the transmission pan and remove, clean off ALL old gasket material and dry both on pan and transmission itself, then replace gasket and rebolt transmission pan.

Tranmission leaking on top, lost almost all gears

Are you saying ATF is coming out of filler tube or is it coming out of a vent hole? Could be that cooler failed and its pouring coolant into tranny Possibly, tranny back flow valves are defective and letting ATF drain into pan . Basically take the vehicle to a transmission repair shop.
