Question about 2005 Buick Rendezvous
The belt tensioner is to the back of the motor and down in the bottom back it'll take a special belt tensioner tool to reach it correctly and it uses a 3/8 drive square drive to pull it back. A good tool can be gotton at most arts stores of $29 and the tool dealers sell nicer ones for over $100. I have a nice expensive one but I take off and install belts every day and you might not need the best one I have a cheap one too but I never use it. The console cig lighter fuse is the same one as for the dash and it's more than likly that the wire has come off or even burnt in half. The ground wire can come off or great a drink spilled in ti and it'll get too gummy to connect and it'll have power your lighter won't pickup te whole socket is avible with a new lighter at your parts store and thier about 10 bucks. You can pry it out by getting under the edge and pulling it out it may be hard to move as it could be stuck in with dried spilled drinks. Bust it up and put in a new one you need to pull it anyway to check the wires to it if the fuse is blown all the lighters in the car won't work. Underhood fuse #32 does both i the dash and the one in the trunk ( cargo area) works on the assocey fuse in the end of the dash. #14 and number 28 in the indash fuse panel 28 being the one in the cargo area and it's only on when the keys on.
