The belts should have been re tentioned after 1000k cos they will stretch slightly.hence the squeel.

I have a 2003 Chevy trailblazer its a 6 cylinder the belt squils and it has lack of power can u plz tell me what is wrong

Squealing belt, the belt could be bad or a bad pulley. New belt, then the alternator or power steering pump or bad pulleys. One thing I know that won't set a engine light is the timing chain guides worn out. It will run, but not have power. $300+ in parts, plus if you know what your doing, it is a 2 day job. Get a manual to do this job.

Was driving down the road heard a high pitch squil engine staled 2002 Ford Escort ginding noise tuns over but won't start

This could possibly be a timing belt issue. In some cases the water pump will lock up, which is driven by timing belt on Escorts, and strips or breaks timing belt. This can be determined by removing the top center cover at front of engine and checking the belt.

The belt on my car makes my car squil really bad so I put what is called a gaterback belt on it and it stopped and now the belt has frayed and I can not find that belt anywhere? help

if your belt is making all that noise, there is a issue either with one of the pulleys or tensioner. Inspect all components that the belt connects to. Check for loose or damages pulleys, faulty tension, loose alternator/A/C compressor/power steering...etc.

My 2003 Durango is making a squiling sound when i push on the gas pedal. what could be causing this?

This is most likely a belt slipping. Could also be a bearing failure (alternator, water pump, power steering, idler)

Sounds like the alternator locked up and the belt is squealing.

Squileeng with the belt

I need to know why you changed the power steering pump and the belt. It sounds like you had a problem and replaced the wrong component. You chould change whatever component is locked up behind the pulley and replace the belt. Let me know if this helps.
