Hi!!
It seems that the bulbs are burned out, to replace them, click on the following link for instructions on how to remove and install the A/C control panel http://www.autozone.com/autozone/repairinfo/repairguide/repairGuideContent.jsp?pageId=0996b43f80806036

My digital display for my heating and ac control does not light up but the heater still seems like it is working I don't know ,is there a fuse or relay that will fix this ?

Could be just a loose connection, if you can reach behind the controls you can try wiggling the connector on the back of it, but if this does not help, it will need to be taken to a shop to get repaired. Hope this helps.

My AC and Heater blower isn't working in the front vents of my 2004 Chrysler Pacifica what is the problem

If the air blows out of all of your other vents then you have either had an actuator go bad which controls which ducts the air flows through, or the shaft that has the "flap" on it has popped loose and no longer moves which will only allow air to go to the vents that are not locked. The easiest way to find out would be to get under the dash and start at the fan and trace air flow til you find the problem.

My light went out on my Dash Board for my A.C so i cant see what temperature im putting it on

To my knowledge the lights inside the ac control panel are not replacable still. It comes down to willingness to pay to replace the whole panel or deal with the light being out. I had that issue on my 02 dodge ram and i had to replace the whole unit because the lights inside it are led

The LED light is out for the climate control on the AC.

i have seen this before and what i found to be the problem was the blower motor resistor block shorted out and kept the motor power up all the time. and would end up killing the battery. the resistor is located on the passenger side under the dash kinda behind the glove box

AC & Temp LED display out

The fuse for the radio/CD/DVD is seperate from the AC/Heat. Open fuse box under hood on right. follow fuse schematic to ac fuse position (note there are two so if not one, then it is the other) use the fuse puller that is in the fuse box, then replace the fuse. Good luck.
