Either replace the ignition tumblers or call a locksmith. A locksmith would probably be cheaper,

I have a 1984 Pontiac fierro GT and I was wondering how to unlock the motor that has been sitting for a couple of years now and also I need to know how much will it cost to do it myself??

There's a good chance the engine will have to be disassembled to get it "un-stuck". It really depends on what has seized.
You could take the belts off and try to turn the crank pulley with a wrench. You could also try pouring liquid wrench into the spark plug holes to soak the piston rings. If it is something on the crank or the camshaft the engine will have to come apart.

2. Locate and remove the ALC relay from the Underhood Electrical Center (UHEC) .

2. Identify pins 86 and 85 of the UHEC. Install a testlight across these 2 pins. Turn the key on, engine off. Using the scantool command the ALC on. Check the testlight for illumination. It should light.

3. Turn the key off. Using a suitable jumper identify and short together pins 30 and 87. With the headlight switch in the off position, the headlights should light and switch from high to low beam when toggled by the dimmer switch.

4. If the lights work, replace the ALC relay.

O.K. this is going to be long but stick with me.
The gray wire that goes to the plug at the sending unit is the one to run the pump. We need to get power to this wire. This wire runs to the fuel pump relay. The relay has 4 pins one is the gray wire-one is the 15 amp power for the pump that has battery voltage with the key in the run and start position. one is ground and one is the relay trigger from the ecm. Pull the relay and look real close on the bottom side of it by the pins there will be numbers 30,85,86,87. 85 and 86 control the relay 30 is the power from the fuse and 87 is the gray wire going to your fuel pump. If you use a test light and see if it lights up between pin 85 and 86 when you first turn on the key (should come on for 5 seconds or so). If not we have a problem on the computer side. If so go to #2 below. If not ground test light and try 85 then 86 if it lights up on one of them when you first turn on key the other post (of 85 or 86) has a bad ground.
#2 So we now know the relay circuit is good Turn key on and check for voltage between post 30 and ground. if there is voltage then run a jumper wire from battery voltage through a 15 amp fuse to post 87 if the pump comes on its the relay if it stays off then there is a open in the circuit from the relay to the pump. don't forget to check for a good connection where the wires go into the plastic on the top of the sending unit. reply if I typed to fast and I can walk you through any step you have problems with.
Good Luck and God Bless

I try to move the flywheel to left end right. End don't move for pontiac fierro 1984 what is the problems

Sounds like the engine is siezed or is suffering from a liquid lock. Liquid lock occurs when one or more of the cylinders becomes filled with fluid. Air / fuel mixture can compress but liquid can not. Check the oil and coolant. If there is any water in the oil or oil in the water, then you most likely have a head problem. Could be simple as bad head gasket or could be cracked head. The only way to truly find out is disassemble the engine.

Fierro RH Headlight does not flip up

It could possibly be the relay that's located on the headlight assembly. Good replacements can be found in almost any junkyard Fiero. First, check to be sure the single blue wire is connected. It's on the inboard side of the headlight, and the connection looks like an inline fuse holder. Then turn the headlights on. Using a ballpoint pen so as not to injure your fingers, insert it into one of the holes in the knob atop the motor and turn it clockwise. This should start to raise the headlight. If it doesn't activate and raise upon its own, then it's the relay. If the motor just sits and spins when you turn it on, then it's the gear inside. You can obtain a rebuild kit from
