You have to bleed it good and make sure there is no air in the system. Or you could also have a leaking slave cylinder.

I drive a 2003 Mitsubishi Lancer OZ Rally. So i downshifted my car and my clutch kinda broke. It is very loose now and when I have the car started i can't shift when I depress the clutch pedal. The car...

I believe you have a sealed hydraulic clutch system. The master or slave cylinder might have failed, or the hydraulic line connecting the two cylinders may have fractured. If the line or the slave cylinder failed you will see hydraulic fluid on the ground under the car. In any event, the system is sealed at the factory when installed and is not serviceable at the component level. If this is the case you will need to purchase the system pre-assembled and replace all three components together. You should also inspect the bell housing and clutch slave cylinder to make sure it has not come loose from the clutch housing. This can also cause the problem you describe.

My clutch fork broke need new one for my car

I suggest you check for fluid in the resevoir as it sounds as if the slave cylinder developed a leak and lost the fluid. Clutch forks seldom if ever break but cylinders leak and with no fluid the pedal will not return to the normal position

What are the steps to bleed the clutch on a mitsubishi lancer oz rally

On most cars it's pretty much the same. Make sure the reservoir is full and leave cap off it. Get a small crescent, dot3 fluid and another person. Have them pump up the clutch and hold it to the floor. You open the bleeder on the slave cylinder and let it squirt until stops. Close bleeder. Check reservoir and add if needed. Repeat. Do this about 3 times and will do the trick unless you have a leak in the line.

How do i adjust my cluth on a 2003 tacoma

The slave cylinder in these trucks makes the clutch non adjustable. If you have a soft clutch pedal which goes to the floor and can not shift as easy as it used to the slave cylinder is low on fluid or weak. Check the reservoir of the slave cylinder to see if its full. If low fill it with the recommended Power Steering fluid which is DOT3 approved I do beleive and pump the clutch pedal about 25 times with the engine off. The clutch should operate correctly. If it tends to get worse the slave cylinder needs to be replaced

Sounds like you have a clutch problem. first thing to check is the fluid level in your clutch master cylinder, which is near your brake master cylinder for fluid level. It uses same fluid as brakes. See what you find out & get back if need more help.
