Possibly a short in the directional switch in the steering wheel. Your brake lights use the same filament as the turn signals, so the brake light wiring goes thru the directional switch. Does one wire from the brake light switch go up the steering column?

Applies brakes and blows fuse changed out brake light switch and still blows fuses

You have a dead short in the wiring to the brake lights, you need to get a wiring diagram and trace the wiring to find the short, no quick fix for this type of problem.

1996 chevy 4 door blazer, i have tail lights, headlights, reverse lights and blinkers but i dont have hazards or brake lights and tried a new fuse and keeps blowing it as soon as u step on the brake

you may have to trace the wiring from the fuse all the way to the brake light globe to see if the wire has a short circuit to the body of the car.

Where do the 4 wires that plug into the brake light switch on a 1989 Chevy Cheyenne 1500 truck origanate from

Are you having trouble with brake lamps? The orange wire is voltage for brake lamps, voltage comes from fuse. When brake switch is activated, the white wire goes hot, goes to turn signal switch. Your lower brake lamps are wired through turn signal switch.
Any other wires may be for cruise control, where applicable. I'm probably leaving something out, I just can't think what it is, at the moment?

I have no brake lights, low beams and wont shift out of park.

Sounds like a short to ground in the brake light harness. Or one of the brake light sockets.
You should never use a fuse higher than the recommended as that will allow a fire.
You may have to trace the wiring going to the back to find the short.
I would take the bulbs out first and use a 20amp circuit breaker instead of fuses until you find the short.
