Question about 1999 Chevrolet Suburban
Check fuse #1 and fuse #9 in the dash fuse block located on the end of the drivers side of the dash in between the dash and the door. There will be an access panel that can be removed.
Fuse #16 in the underhood fuse block is for the turn signals.
I am not aware of any other fuses in the back of the vehicle.
