The low power fuse is #22 in the panel by the driver's left foot.
There is also a high power fuse #3 in the engine compartment relay box, but this one also runs the HVAC blower.

The main ABS/Traction Control fuse (same systems) is located under the hood in the power distribution box on the drivers side, the fuse u want to check is a large maxi fuse #51 a 60 Amp Yellow fuse.
