Why was injector module replaced and has the high pressure oil system been checked unless 500psi. minimum is seen it will not start the high pressure pump is located at rear of the valley under turbo pedestal

If u are getting white smoke and a engine knock Id say your car is getting coolant in the bores and if it is I would advise u not to continue to run or try to run engine as u will seriously damage engine

I have a 2004 f150 that won't start but can hear the fuel pump cut on

run fault codes to determine the sensor that is faulty. Check for cam/crank position sensor. Check that the cam shaft is turning(broken timing belt/chain). Check that the immobiliser is operational.

6.0 powerstroke long crank time before start

There are several causes to this overlapping symptom but my '06 6.0 began doing that until it finally wouldn't start at all.
What worked for my situation...I ended up buying a new power supply board for the FICM (Fuel Injector Control Module) on *bay for $80 and replacing it myself. Dealer quoted $1200. will void the majority of any warranties you might have by doing this.
This link will give you an idea where to start to determine if this might be your problem...
Before I went this route, I removed and replaces both fuel filters and cleaned out the fuel pump, cleaned EGR, and every other little thing I could think of.

My 2006 F250 died no restart!!

Do you have access to a scanner?
How did you check your FICM? Does it have 48 Volts?
If you have a scanner, does the computer show RPM? If not it could be the crank sensor.
Is the Crank Sensor and Camshaft Sensor in SYNC with one another?
When cranking does the desired IPC read at least 500PSI? The list goes on and on. Check to to see if the 30amp fuse for the fuel heater isn't blown. They are known to short out? Do you have fuel in the filter housing? The pump might have died. Unless you have a scanner, your at a stand still. Just don't start throwing parts on it.

2006 ford e350 6.0 liter died on road, cranks but will not start. checked crank censor, vss, electronic fan, batteries,powers and ground, fuel system,cleaned connection on pcm,checked oil pressure(good)....

it was you ficm . i know because it happend to me . get a used ficm of ebay and your truck will strart right up . also on the e series it is located on the left fender , not the valve cover

Forget any Ford Dealers, you need to find a shop that Specializes in diesels. You should be able to find one in you area. Any shop that does a lot of light diesel truck work should have someone with the knowledge to get you going. Call around to a few shops and see who they refer their "Problem Child" diesels to.

2005 F250 won`t start

You can get the wiring diagram at and it will have all the codes and will have the information to test before you order the parts, also have you replaced the fuel pump? fuel sock? it also has two pumps a primary and the secondary check for fuel rail pressure, to test injector remove injector wire and test with digital ohm meter test the power post of the injector to ground. if it read 5 ohms or less it is ok. Have you checked the glow pulgs and glow plug timer is it stuck on removing power from injectors, need more information to give you a better answer.
