Question about 1988 Pontiac Firebird
Get the ignition switch checked. The switch internally is not getting towards off mode. Its showing that is off but the internal switch connections are short so its not turning the vehicle off.Remove the ignition switch and ignition lock cylinder and get the ignition switch connections checked with meter. It will show 12 volts in meter. But if the ignition switch and its connections checked ok then the problem for fan the lights and AC is related to short in the electrical connections of ac switch ,the fan relay, fan motor and headlight switch or dimmer switch. But on what you mentioned,it indicates fault towards ignition switch and its lock controls.------------
