B service is the main service it's depend on two things, how old your car and what's the mileage in your car, get service booklet in to your hand read it cheerfully then you can understand it B service is very important service for your car my advice is get in to the dealers workshop then they will let you know what's due to do,

First car battery is on engine compartment placed in right side against windscreen area, and the second battery is placed in the trunk compartment.

there have been issues with the engine wiring harness on top of the engine deteriorating, which can lead to poor performance or poor accelleration and idle quality. make certain you follow proper tune up and maintenance procedures and intervals as requested in owners manual. it is NOT inexpensive for parts or labor, BUT you get what you pay for when you have it serviced. try to continue going to the same dealer at which it has been maintained at, as they will have the service history on your vehicle, or, find a competent and qualified garage thru several references to prevent heartache and pain

I had the s500 2001... so u have to take the steel emergency key off then introduce it obliqually and push it will open! ...not easy to explain better but any mercedes service can help u easily and quickly!
