I have seen coil packs go bad on several Hyundai Accents, the coils will do exactly what they are supposed to (hence your check with an ohm meter), however, the coils short through the outer casing. Try running the car when it is dark out and spraying the coil packs with water. Listen for clicking and watch for arching from the coils to any metal around them. Look for abnormal detonation marks in the outer casing. My guess is you just need a set of new coils. If the Problem is worse in the rain then you have found your problem. Remember, If your car has been misfiring (as noted by the engine codes you listed), the EGR valve can become clogged and damage can be done to your catalytic converter as unburned fuel detonates inside it (keep an eye out for O2 codes in the future). Also, your new plugs can become fouled, be sure they are clean once you fix the problem. Checking your plugs can also be a useful indication of which cylinder is misbehaving.

Why doesn't it start?

I ran into this once when I changed a 2000 engine with a 2001 engine. The crankshaft gear for the timing belt was different. One had 2 ears for the crank angle sensor and one had 4. To check if this is the problem, pull all 4 sparkplugs, hook them to your plug wires, turn the engine over and see if you only have spark to 2 cylinders. If that's what you find then you will need to replace the crankshaft timing belt gear.
If that's not it, and you have spark to all 4 cyls., check your fuses. It could be a fuel pump fuse or ECM or an number of other fuses.
Good luck

I have a dodge stratus 2000 with 2.4 liter dohc motor, ran fine then stalled once started right no spark will not start

Try using one of the old plugs and connect it to #1 and a good ground then try starting to visually confirm if spark is/is not present. Its much easier to see the spark in the dark. If you get a spark the problem is not electrical and could be a bad ground between the plug and the block, rarely happens, but not unheard of.

2001 daewoo lanos Do the timing marks on the camshafts need to meet at every rotation of the crankshaft, or every other. What is the coil order for the spark plug wires

The camshaft marks will line up at every other rotation of the crankshaft. The crank turns two revolutions for every one revolution of the camshaft.

The coil order-do you mean the firing order? It is 1-3-4-2. Cylinders 1 & 4 share one coil. Cylinders 2 & 3 share the other coil. On the coil pack, #1 is to the outside, then # 4 inward of #1. On the other coil, # 3 is to the outside, and # 2 is inward of # 3. (These should be marked or identified on the coils.) So looking at the coil pack, it will be 1-4-2-3. But the firing order is 1-3-4-2, as all 4 cylinder engines are.

97 plymoth neon crank sensor

If there is spark to cylinders 2 & 3 than it is not the cranks sensor. Cylinder 1 & 4 are on the same coil and cylinders 2 & 3 are on the other coil. Replacing lithe coil pack will likely solve you lack of spark on cylinders 1 & 4.

5. Crank the engine and verify that there is a strong blue spark.
If there is no spark, inspect the following points.

Step Inspection Action

1 Check for good connection of ignition coil Yes Go to next stop.
No Repair or replace
2 Check if resistance of high-tension leads are OK Yes Go to next step.
No Replace
3 Check if the ignition coil is electrically charged
1) Ignition switch "ON"
2) Check if the engine coil (+) is electrically charged
Yes Go to next step
No Check the wire harness between ignition switch ignition coil and ECM
4 Check if resistance of ignition coil is OK
Resistance
Primary : 0.36~0.44Ω (at 68°F (20°C))
Secondary : 10.9~13.3kΩ (at 68°F (20°C)) Yes Go to next step
No Replace
5 Check if ECM is OK Yes
No Replace

REMOVAL

Do not attempt any maintenance on spark plug if engine is hot.
1. Disconnect negative battery terminal.
2. Carefully remove high-tension leads.
3. Use compressed air to blow any dirt or debris from around spark plug hole.
4. Check that spark plug fits squarely in spark plug socket and remove spark plug.

Raise a vehicle and install SST(OK552 131 001) in order to replace cylinder 2, 4, 6 spark plug.

INSTALLATION

1. Install spark plug into cylinder head.

Tightening torque : 18~22lb-ft (25~30N·m, 2.5~3.0kg-m)

2. Reconnect high-tension leads.
3. Reconnect negative battery cable.

I think that the coil packs has installed wrong because you said that the problem started when you replaced them... so i think you should re-install.
