The first thing is to have the computer scanned for the stored codes, the codes will tell you what is failing, for exaple there could be a code like po 173 saying o2 sensor heater curcuit high voltage, which nwould tell you that the o2 sensor is bad. so start with the scan, autozone and some other autopart stores will scan it for no charge. hope this helps.

Why service engine light is on?

The primary purpose of the Service engine light is to indicate there is a problem with the anti-pollution/ smog system.
If your vehicle is a 1996 or newer model, it comes equipped with an On-Board Diagnostics System (OBD II). This system is designed to catch emissions problems.
OBD alerts you to conditions that waste fuel, shorten engine life and result in potentially expensive repairs.
OBD lets you know your vehicle is contributing to unhealthful air by emitting excess pollutants.
The OBD trouble codes can help in diagnosing the condition, but do not always point to the cause.

Go to autozone or another major auto store and rent or buy an obd scan tool. Plug it into the obd port on the vehicle and it will tell you what the light came on for. It lists codes and you can check them to see how to repair it.

Your vehicle is equipped with an OBD II computer AND a link to connect OBD II computer to a Smog Check Analyzer or Data Scan Tool (available
at most auto part stores). There are two types of codes, bad codes and good codes. The good codes are the "Readiness Flags". These Readiness Flags
indicate that certain emissions systems which the OBD II computer has been monitoring have PASSED the test, indicating that those systems are
working properly. Then there are the bad codes. The bad codes are actual "Trouble Code". These codes indicate that the OBD II computer
has detected a problem with in the emissions system. The Trouble Code will specifically indicate the component and problem which was found.
Newer vehicle's have very complex codes in the thousands.
"Readiness Flags" do not cause the "Check Engine" light to illuminate, but may cause a vehicle to fail the smog test.
In order to set all the proper "Readiness Flags" the OBDII system must complete at least one drive cycle (in some cases
two or three). A drive cycle is a sequence of internal tests which the OBDII computer runs while your vehicle is being driven. This insures
all emissions systems are functioning properly. Only then will your vehicle pass the smog inspection. A drive cycle usually requires one
week of driving.

Why do the check engine light keep coming on after the 02 sensor have been changed

There may be a system component or part of one of the systems that is faulty. The 'check engine light" is a generic indicator of a system fault. You did not indicate the vehicle, so it can be the older OBD I or OBD II diagnostic system. In either case ,you may just need to reset the and clear the codes. Disconnect the negative battery cable for a few minutes, and see if the truoble light goes out. If it is still on after you've disconnected the battery, have the system scanned for trouble codes. Auto Zone and Advance Auto can scan the vehicle for codes.

My hyundai accant flashing light what is the cause and solution , i reset the light by diconecting the negative of the battery , the light came back and flash number of time the stay solid

The light indicates that the car's computer is detecting a problem. You need to connect the car to an OBD (On-Board Diagnostic) code reader to identify the error being reported. Some auto parts stores (like Autozone, for example) provide this service at no charge. Most mechanics have OBD code readers, however it is likely they will charge you for the service. You also have the option to purchase your own OBD code reader, about $100 at Wal-Mart for a basic unit.
