Get a t15 torx screwdriver and remove the upper and lower screws that have this star shaped recess screw shape.

One can get a Torx screwdriver in a set or at your local auto parts store.

After removing the bezel or frame, the red lens should pull out with minimal effort.

The light bulbs will be visible from the back side at the harness wires and socket end.

Do I need to remove the front bumper on my 1992 Cadillac Deville to chang parking light bulbs?

Kind of a silly question, removing a
bumper for a parking lamp

How about getting under it before you came here
& reach up & turn the lamp socket & pull it out &
check the bulb/lamp

98 deville displayed check fuel guage later the display read starting disabled what is the problem

most of the time when we see a starting disabled there is a problem with the pass key system, this system includes the key and the ignition cylinder lock assembly. you wil most likely have to replace the cylinder lock assembly to cure this problem.

1992 cadillac deville, driver's side seat belt

OK, I had the same problem with my 1990 Cadillac Deville. Had to go to a junk yard where they gave me the entire bolted on assembly. I got a 3/8" impact wrench and unbolted the belt buckle from the frame, and did the same to the one on the assembly they gave me. After that my buckle worked great. The color even matched the old one.
