Question about 1997 Dodge Neon
Hello! The symptoms are pointing at the Positive Crankcase Ventilation (PCV) valve as being stuck in the closed position...It's an inexpensive item...It is located just to the right of the coil pack...If it hasn't been changed recently, I would suggest doing so...Send a comment with results.....Guru....Saailer
