With a pry bar screwdriver pry up at the bottom of the wiper arm & the retainer cap will come free & expose the nut that has to be removed to get the blade arm off. If it's just the wipers , with a thin flat screwdriver, you'll see an open on the blade holder, push in at this point & remove the blade. Good luck!

96 Voyager passenger wiper not working.

if the wiper arm is held on by a nut, try tightening it. you should be able to pry the appearence cap off with a screwdriver and veiw the nut. if the wiper arm is connected with a locking cilp, it has either come loose or the shaft splines are stripped. is there any noises when the wipers are on?

I've dealt with this plenty. It's the speedo head cluster. Bang on the top of the dash just above the steering wheel. Hard, but not hard enough to break anything. If it comes back on. Then you'll have to remove the speedo cluster and either spot solder the connections that are cracked, or replace it.

Need to remove the alternator

Remove windshield wiper blades (mark the arm and stud to put back exact). The next two steps you might have to lower/raise the hood. Remove cover just below the windshield(each end has a phillips screw turn 90 degrees so arrow points toward center of van). Remove the 4 metal braces. Remove windshield wiper motor/linkage assembly(the whole tray comes out). Remove drive belt. Disconnect negative side of the battery. Remove alternator horizontal mounting bracket. Loosen vertical bracket bolts to get to electrical connectors. Finish removing bolts and alternator.
