How many quarts of oil is needed in a 2001 buick park avenue ultra

I looked the specification up but it was not listed as such.

I would add 5 quarts of oil in the buick park avenue ultra to start.
Then, I would check the dipstick and add until it hits the full mark.

This is what they would do at Walmart or Sears.

Good luck on this one.

I have oil change soon light come on but it wont stay off after i changed the oil.

If it has been reset, but keeps coming on...it can either be replaced, or if you keep track of your own oil changes; you can drop the lower panel which consists of 7mm wrench and unplug it.It will be on the passenger's side under glove box.

''92 BUICK PARK AVENUE 3.8 HOW TO RESET CHANGE OIL SOON LIGHT!

The reset button is located under the passenger side of the instrument panel.

With the ignition in the ON position, but the engine not started, use a pencil to push the reset button, holding it for five seconds.

After this, the "Change Oil Soon" lamp will flash four times. This indicates that the Oil Life Monitor System has acknowledged the oil change.
