Check out the Homelink Website. I found instructions for my wife's GS300 there. I haven't tried it yet, so I'm not 100% sure this will work.

SOURCE: how to replace side light bulb lexus rx300

There should be 2-3 bolts behind a pop-out inner panel. Remove the nuts from these bolts and aplly a forceful push on the lens housing, NOT near the bulb sockets for this area is to weak. The whole assembly should pop off. If not take a butter knife(non serrated) and work it in behind the outer seal all the way around. Good luck! Dana

SOURCE: I am needing a door lock actuator (passenger door)

Try to find your solution here, from Germany Lexus Owners:

QUOTE
I justreplaced my door lock actuator on my 2003 Lexus RX300. A rather comprehensive set of instructions for removal of the door panel can be found at: clublexus.com door+panel+removal

To remove the door handle trim: after removing the screw in the door handle trim, pry (I use a painters 5 in 1 tool) the trim piece outwardsfrom the rear of the door panel at both the top and bottom of the trim piece. This will release the two small rear clips. Then push the trim forward to release the main clip located on the back side the handle trim piece

As the least expensive OEM replacement door lock actuator for Lexus RX300 is $230 or more, I opted for the $15 replacement option as outlined below: us.lexusownersclub.com/forums

Keep in mind that this job outlined above is a bit on the technical side.If you aren't that talented, spend the money and order a OEM Lexus replacement latch actuator and do the installation as the OEM latch assembly is not repairable.

Viel Gluck (good luck in German)

I hope helps with this. Good luck.

To remove the panels you have to use flat screw driver to pry out the panel in several locations. (These panels are secured by several small metal clips.) Be careful to collect all these clips and replace them on the back of the panel. You will need these clips to replace the panel later on. After remove the panels, you will be able to locate the screws on the tall center stop light assembly. Remove those screws and cover. After replacing light bulb. Assemble everything in reverse order. Remember, the metal clips have to set on the back of the two panels not the car body.
