First you take off the 4 bolts that are on the top of the engine. then unplug the wire harness on the right side. after those two things are done first, the pull up on the cover that you just unbolted and the boots should pop off the spark plugs. if a boot stays on the spark plug just pull it off and put it back on the bottom of the cover. take out your old spark plugs, put in the new. then follow the steps in reverse order.

Possible valve guide seals are leaking motor oil. The motor oil on the spark plugs can cause a misfire and a loss of power.

Changing fuel filter in 2001 pontiac sunfire gt 2.4 litre and changing plugs

You all really need to get more specific. You've just got a situation here, no question.
The fuel filter is integrated into the fuel pump, inside the fuel tank.
Spark plugs are easy.

How to change spark plugs in a 1998 Pontiac Sunfire GT

Dear Angel Divine, First determine whether you have a 4cyl. or V6 engine, then look at the engine bank/banks for the exhaust manifold and then the intake manifold, The plugs will be either be between the 2 manifolds(center of cylinder head) or between the exhaust manifold tubes. Call me back if you still have trouble. quicbric(volvo man)
