Question about 1995 Honda Accord
If you talk nice to the Honda dealer they may retrieve the code for you but due to security issues these codes are not readily available
however, if Honda makes you pay, like they do often, then replace the generic stock stereo with a nice aftermarket!!!

Take it to your local dealer and give them the vin number and they can look it up for you or you can call them but they prefer you bring it in so they know it's not stolen.

My friend 1992 honda accord ex had the same problem ...
I took of the stereo and gave him a serial number of the stereo he called dealer and he recieved the code in short period and it is worked out.
