Jack up rear of car till tire is off the ground.
Remove lug nuts & remove wheel.
Remove phillips screw(s) from drum.
Using a hammer, strike the drum to loosen it from the hub.
Remove drum by simutaneously turning it and pulling it outward away from the vehicle.

SOURCE: brake rotors for hyundai accent
The rotor is mounted to the hub by 4 bolts. The procedure is described in the service manual. Go to http://www.hmaservice.com/ and register. You'll have access to the information you want after you register (shop manual, wiring diagrams, service bulletins, etc.).

Here's a photo - remove cap, disconnect connector to bulb, move bulb retainer out of the way & extract bulb - installation of new bulb is in reverse order.
If you want to replace the entire ASSEMBLY, there are three (3) 10mm bolts holding the assy. Remove them, then slide assy forward to access connectors - disconnect them.
