If your car doesnt start after changing the timing belt and you're sure everything has been placed right, you will have to change the valves they tend to get bent when the timing belt snaps .
your best bet is ebay because nobody sells these parts for daewoo

Wont start backfires

You don't say what engine is installed. If you have a 6-clyinder engine, it sounds as though the engine has jumped time. If the vehicle has over 50000 miles and the timing belt has not been replaced, it may have stripped some teeth and jumped time. This is bad for two reasons. One, the vehicle will not start this way. Two, the Rondo has an interference engine. If the belt has tripped and timing has shifted enough, the valves will be damaged by hitting the pistons. You should pull the head and visually inspect the valves and pistons, and repair as needed. Remember to have the timing belt serviced at recommended intervals to prevent engine damage in the future,

Timing belt

You don't have the tension right. Belt should be tight when tensioned, tight enough that it can't slip. I'm not familiar with this engine, but you need to find the belt tightening procedure.
Go to autozone.com, register for free, giving make, model, year, and engine size. When registered, look under "repair guides" for timing belt R&R procedure.

I have been advsed that I have a broken timing belt or "jumped timing chain.Besides the belt/chain, what other components do you recommend replacing(Gasket/seal,cam and crank pulleys, tensioners)?

I am assuming you have the 2.2L 4 cylinder engine. The timing chain tensioner on these engines is nororious for failure resulting in jumped timing. Be advised that depending upon the situation, you may have sustained major engine damage. If the timing simply jumped when turning the engine off, you may be safe, but if it occurred at highway speed, there is a high probability that there is valve damage in the engine that will need repair before you can move on to the timing chain and tensioner. As far as "other components", if your know that the head is ok, then you should replace the timing gears, chain, and tensioner. Also purchase a "timing gasket set" which will give you the gaskets ans seals you need to do the job.

Car jumped time how do i reset the timing

Take it to a shop. (Not trying to be rude in any way) This is not a repair for a novice mechanic. If your mechanical skills are really good then to reset the timing you will need to pull the timing cover off and expose the timing belt. If it has jumped time it is best just to replace the belt as it might be damaged. You will need to set the car in top dead center and line all the timing marks up on the cams and harmonic balancer. Loosen the belt tensioner and slide the old belt off. Then you will need to remove the harmonic balancer this is a pain in the ***. You will need a puller and strap wrench to get it off. Once you get it off slide the old belt off. Install the new belt and reverse for assembly.

Timing settings

my jeep has jumped time and i need to know the exact degrees to set it at please and thank you.

WRONG!!! WRONG!!! WRONG!!!

The first thing you need to do is to find out why it jumped time. Jumping time is not normal and shouldn't happen.

Tell me the last repair that was done on the jeep.

When was the timing belt last changed?

Were OEM parts used?

Were tensioners and pulleys changed?
