How to replace a 2000 dodge durango upper o2 sensor

O2 sensor is mounted on exhaust manifold. Sensor is retained in manifold by a nut surrounding the sensor, these can be difficult to remove due to corrosion, if previously installed with out nickel based lube on threads, when reinstalling apply small amount of lube to treads avoid getting any lube on sensor

I need to replace the O2 sensor, where is it located and how many? Also are they all the same size?

There are 2 O2 sensors on your vehicle.
Bank 1 sensor 1 is located in the back of the motor bolted to the exhaust manifold at the frontpipe to manifold union.
Bank 1 sensor 2 is located underneath the vehicle right after the convereter.
The first one is held on by 2 12 mm nuts the second one is a screw in type that requires a 22mm or 7/8" wrench to remove

I want to install a header for my 2005 accent i have a o2 sensor concern

You can drill a hole to the down pipe and weld in a nut with the same size thread as the O2 sensor. make sure the nut is stainless and try to have it close as possible to the header's collector. You can also drill it to the header too as close to the header collector's, your preference. Good luck and hope this helps. keep me posted and be glad to help.
