Question about 1997 Plymouth Voyager
First you have to take the tank out. Never seem to need to unless they are full. Then there is a locking ring that you can remove with a spanner wrench or a blunt chisel if you are very careful. counterclockwise rotation will loosen it. make sure it is Fully seated when you put it back, use lots of petroleum jelly to make it easier and keep it clean. Good Luck.
