Question about 2001 Nissan Quest
You can't answer that without the vehicle and history leading up to the present issue.
Is there a MIL Lamp on or codes stored?
Any work done, then the issue started?
You have to ask the owner a variety of questions and absolutely must go for at least a 5 or 10 mile ride, both cold and hot, then for some sort of diagnostic testing. In doing so, the person has to be familiar with the vehicle systems
